The gram weights of our jewelry can vary slightly due to manufacturing methods. Therefore, we estimate the gram weights within a range of ±10%

Yes, we offer a 1 Year Free Warranty.
Is Your Jewelry Plated or Solid Gold?
We don't work with plated or filled gold. We only work with solid gold.
What purity of gold do you use in your jewelry?
We use high-quality solid gold in different purities such as 10k, 14k, and 18k, depending on the design.
How can I tell if my jewelry is real, solid gold?
Every item from Solid Gold comes with a certificate of authenticity and proper gold markings, so you can shop with confidence

How can I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, you will receive updates via email. If you placed your order as a guest without creating an account, you will not be able to view the status on our website. You should have received an order confirmation email upon completion of your purchase. A shipping notification will follow once your order is dispatched. If you do not receive a shipping update within 2 business days, please contact us for further assistance.
Can I update my order?

How do I cancel my order?
To cancel an order placed on a weekday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, please email us at info@solidgoldonline.com with your order number. You can also reach us by phone at 213-991-0090
For orders placed outside of business hours, please reply to your order confirmation email and indicate your request to cancel the order.
What is the delivery timeline?
After verifying your payment, our team may take up to 24 hours to prepare and dispatch your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Learn more about our Shipping Policy.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Yes, we do ship but currently to Canada and are planning to expand to the UK as well.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we provide free standard shipping within the U.S on all orders over $99.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?
Even if you are satisfied, we'll gladly accept unused and unworn items within 30 days. We offer easy and free pre-paid return shipping labels. To request a return label, click here

When will I get my refund/exchange?
Requests for returns and exchanges are completed in the order they are submitted. Once we receive your package, it may take 2 business days to process. As soon as your exchange item ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with the details.
Is it possible to return jewelry purchased on a Layaway or Financing plan?
Items purchased through financing or layaway programs, such as Affirm and Partial.ly, are not eligible for a full refund and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. These items can be returned for store credit or exchange.
